President & CEO

As CEO and President, Jacob brings a wealth of business and legal expertise to Prairie Band Construction. A Prairie Band Potawatomi Tribal member, Jacob has more than 16 years of experience working with tribal governments, with a focus on Indian gaming, government contracting, business development, and strategic planning. Also a licensed attorney, Jacob has extensive knowledge of tribal, federal, and state laws and regulations. He has also served as Prairie Band LLC’s business development manager and legal counsel.

Jacob earned a BS from Washburn University, MBA from Friends University, and JD from the University of Kansas School of Law.

General Manager

With 12 years of construction experience, Josh  has worked as a project engineer, construction code inspector, and project estimator. In his various roles, Josh has compiled, updated, and maintained project schedules and budgets; processed and distributed construction documents, such as contracts, payment applications, proposal requests, change orders, RFIs, and meeting materials; reviewed project specifications, drawings, scopes and RFPS; and directed the process for project scopes and deliverables. 

Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University.
