Project Narrative
Earthwork and grading to accommodate the design and install of new parking lot. Erosion control of project site and SWPPP permit and maintenance. Installation of aggregate base courses and compaction. Storm water utility installation for runoff from parking lot areas. Demolition of selective areas of existing concrete at site to allow for installation of new scope. 7,000 Sq Yards of reinforced concrete pavement placement as well as parking lot striping and addition of 8 light pole bases and poles with underground electrical infrastructure. Installed curb and gutter around the parking lot and islands.
