Project Narrative

This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) allows for the award of individual Task Orders for miscellaneous Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Construction projects for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contractor shall provide allsupervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete the B45 Interior Doors Replacement construction project. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of managing numerous task orders at the same time, which will require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.
