Project Narrative
This was a task order under the BIA Western MATOC. PBC removed existing shingles and underlayment, and all metal roofing down to decking and disposed of properly. Asphalt Shingles portion of roof: Remove and Replace 3,360 sq. ft. of shingles. All damaged roof decking material was removed. The asphalt singles and fiberglass mat were installed. The area previously roofed in metal was replaced with total of 1,440 sq. ft of ¾" plywood decking, and 1,440 sq. ft of Asphalt singles including the addition of a fiberglass mat. PBC replaced the underlayment and metal trim edge. A protective water and Ice Barrier was installed: 1,440 sq. ft.
