Project Narrative
Demo deteriorated membrane, furnish material, supplies, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the roof membrane on Building 781. The roof size is 22,500 sq. ft. in the field and 4,500 sq. ft. at the parapets.
The purpose of the project is to bring the facilities into compliance with Indian Affairs adopted life safety codes, policies, and mandated standards to extend the life of the facility.
